Hello , my name is Jason Hallberg, and I am the lead Auctioneer for Hallberg Auction Service. I am a 2001 Graduate of Continental Auction School and a 2004 Graduate of Iowa State University. My home office is in Ogden Iowa. I have conducted auctions of all types, including real estate, farm machinery, and purebred livestock. No matter what kind of sale you are having I have the tools, talent, and connections to make it successful.

In 2002 I entered a partnership with Larry Sapp of L.D. Sapp and Associates in Buffalo Center Iowa. At our Buffalo Center facility, we host a monthly farm machinery consignment sale. We also conduct on site sales for much of northern Iowa and southern Minnesota. Larry Sapp has been in the auction business for over 40 years, and has a wealth of knowledge in marketing farm equipment, real estate, and antiques.

In 2009 we started another facility at 105 Willis Ave in Perry Iowa. It features a large auction, where we conduct antique, estate, and household auctions. We also have a nice sized lot to accomodate our machinery auctions the last saturday of March, June, August, and November. For all sales big or small we can accomodate your needs.

I have been selling real estate in central Iowa for the last seven years. I have more real estate experience than any other auctioneer in Boone County, and can give you accurate and honest consultation about any kind of real estate. I am currently a licensed real estate agent with Farmers National Company.
